No, SLI requires the gpus and vram to be the same. Also the 650 TI does not support SLI at all. The only 650 that does it the 650 ti Boost.

Would it be worth getting two of these, or 1 card that is significantly better?

I want to run two monitor and I currently have a 650 Ti, I'm not sure if this would put too much pressure on the card when I'm running games.
