Yes the asus is about the same as the sapphire vapor-x so get whichever one is cheaper, also sapphire is the major AMD brand, so thats another point for the sapphire. Vapor-x runs also very cool, a bit cooler then the MSI.
My choice would be: Vapor-x>ASUS>MSI

the vapor-x from sapphire is also good, a bit less powerfull cooling hen the toxic, but the best of the four you named, as second choice i would go for the MSI one.
