We installed the video card it was running for like an hour long but then it just froze then windows said that the Display Driver crashed and then recovered. After restart we got to the login screen but when we logged in the screen kinda froze again. On the next restart we didn't even make it to the login screen. Now when we press the Power button literally nothing happens, the fans are running but no display at all.
Some kinda help would be appreciated! :)

We do have a 700 watt PSU so that is not likely to be the problem.

Solution

than that means that your new graphic card is dead, it can be from any thing like power surge and it came bad from the company.

Not all power supplies depends upon wattage. For example if you have a power supply that comes pre-built with the system than the power supply might be the problem. It may be failing and not providing the right amount of amperes required to run the card. Also r9 270x requires 6 pin power connector two or maybe one i cant remember right now are you sure that those are correctly fitted. In short it is either power supply or your graphic card just died.

We surely did fit it correctly, because we've been switching the the old and the new video card, so at least once we should've done it properly. And i bought a brand new Chieftec GPS 700A8 for the card. (And it requires 2 6 pin connectors:) )
And the leds on the card are green also, showing that everything is fine with the power.
