My computer, when running any game is very slow. Minecraft runs at about 20 fps when on small screen with low setting and League of legends runs about 10fps while in combat and around 28 while out of combat (also lowest setting possible). I want to make both games run fast and I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with my PC. My graphics card is a "nvidia geforce 6150se nforce 430" and I've heard that it's a pretty bad! Here the specs:

I don't know much about computers but I want to know if it is just my graphics card or my computer that is bad. How could I make games run faster?

Solution
Since this is a prebuilt computer, it probably has a cheapo power supply, so your upgrade options are a little limited.

The GTX 750 Ti is an excellent fit for setups like yours. It is a budget oriented card that requires very little power (ie you dont have to upgrade PSU). It will be able to run minecraft and LoL MUCH better than your current card.

This is a great recommendation. The 750ti is a pretty powerful card that doesn't require a huge amount of power. My kids machine is an X4 965BE with a slightly slower video card and they are running pretty much any game we throw at it usually at very high settings with a few select things turned down (like shadows, AA, etc.).
