Power Supply for NAS

Hello!

I will be re-using my verry old PC and re-purposing it as a Home NAS, I had posted a thread regarding that, and one of the suggestions from @Aristotelian was that I should upgrade my PSU.

My case is a standard ATX case.
Motherboard: Intel Desktop Board D101GGC. Link 1 Link 2 (For link 2 Start from page 10)
I will most probably be using seagate barracuda drives (2x1TB, 3 or 4 drives at MAX)

Pls recommend a optimum PSU for this build,
I'm okay with noise,
i will like to get it from a well known brand like: SeaSonic, Corsair. (I have been eyeing the Corsair CX430w)
Also would like to keep the budget as low as you can.
