What of this two laptops is better for the money.

A little about what I am looking for: I am looking for a laptop to do basic thing like doing homework, watching videos or playing the occasional game. I do not play games that much so I am NOT expecting the computer to play the games on max settings or with a refi hola framerate. Therefore I don't know if it is worth it to spend the exta money to get the second laptop. Do you think that it's worth it in order to future proof my purchase for a little longer?
Also if you know of other laptop that woul be better worth it please tell me
