I've been researching for quite a long time and I've come up with this build:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Aphex/saved/3hxh
And I did this with a £750 budget. Now I've come into a little bit more money, and I was wondering if I could make this any better for the least amount possible? Also, if there is any inconsistencies with the casings and fans or anything like that, or if there is any improvements you can suggest with my current build, please tell me!
Thanks in advance.

Definitely. The i5 is just much more efficient at normal computing than AMD is. The 4670k + 760 combo is what I have, and play every game I own maxed out. The lowest framerate I get is in Far Cry 3, where maxed out gets me around 40 FPS or so. Turning AA down to 2x instead of 4x puts me over 50 at the lowest, and above 60 a lot.
much better build gpu most importantly for gaming will get you even more fps in games.

ofcourse the I5 will be better. but always when doing a gaming build the rule of thumb is GPU>CPU in this case a would go for the 8320 because an 6300 might bottleneck the gtx770

He's saying to change your CPU to an AMD FX-6300 to get the 770 at no additional cost. You'll get a bump in framerate, I just prefer an Intel chip over an AMD if you're going to be doing normal computing stuff a lot as well. If it's all/mostly gaming, the 6300 + 770 would be better overall.

I wish I could defecate money, too.
