It depends, I've found this article that will explain the TN panel for you : http://www.tnpanel.com/tn-vs-ips-va/ (Typically an IPS looks the best...) (Yet a TN panel is the best for gaming, low response time = win)
Also, if it is a 30Hz monitor do not buy it, if you plan to game on it things will be slow & sluggish, you want 60Hz+ or else it's a waste of money.
