Unknown devices for my network, how am I supposed to get the drivers?

So i have got 6 unknown devices in my laptop and one of them is affecting my access to the Internet so how am I supposed to get the driver for that? Right now I am using my old laptop and a USB to be able to install programs to try and get drivers but so many require the Internet to work

may help if u get at Device Manager click on the device go to Network Adapters. extend, click on your device Properties click Details over Device description scroll to Display name,copy that name and paste in here.
