Looks good! The only thing I would advise is getting a more powerful PSU. It ends up being much cheaper spending around $20 more instead of a lot more upgrading your PSU if you decide to go for SLI in the future. I also got my copy of Windows 7 professional on eBay for £35 so I would have a look there!
