Okay, my friend ordered all new parts for his computer. I just put them in. Booted the computer and this is what it says. So, I then try and go to boot device, and select his boot device options. But I cant. On a former thread someone posted this picture. http://smg.photobucket.com/user/plushdragon/media/131004205010_zpsa1c602ba.png.html?sort=3&o=8
I cannot scroll down to get to these boot options. When I scroll down the last thing I have is "Secure Boot" But on this guys screen he has his boot options. Exactly what I want. Does this mean that the CD Rom isn't detected or connected properly? The CD Rom works as I am able to open and close the door. Here is a picture of the BIOS that I have.

I am trying to install his Windows 7 Home. The CD is in the CD Rom but I cant select the boot device to get it running. Why am I not able to select the boot option priorities?
The scroll bar on the right says I can go farther...But I cant. I'm not sure what I need to do. Please help!

I solved the issue, please check or change your Power SATA and SATA Cable so that your Hard Disk Drive will detect by your motherboard. This error message keeps on and on because your motherboard cannot detect any HDD. Mine is working now. Respect my answer. Thanks tom's hardware.

Today we got the same problem and the solution of that problem is that your hard drive was not detected (Reason = Faulty hard drive) we replace the hard drive and its working fine

Of course if you get a brand new HDD its going to work but I don't think your old ones are faulty. I think there is some type of issue with preloaded settings on your hard drive or missing/corrupt files on your hard drive.
