Hello. I would appreciate any help I can get with my problem.

My Problems

1. While playing Steam and Origin video games the games will sometimes crash to desktop or cause my pc to reboot. Before this happens, the display can freeze, the sound can stop playing or loops, or the screen will turn black. A little box will say "A problem has caused Video Game to stop working properly" every time. Below is an application error viewed in Event Viewer for my most recent crash:

Faulting application name: SimCity.exe, version: 10.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5318d470

I can play for hours without a crash, but when I do crash, the crashes become very frequent unless I restart my system or leave it off for a while. This is a brand new computer and I have been having these crashes as soon as I started using it.

2. While watching videos in any browser, the browser will crash periodically.

3. My computer has blue screens of death. Half of the time it tells me to look up "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" and the other half of the time it tells me to look up "NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM."

System Information

Intel i5-4570 Processor
Current CPU Frequency: 3.20 GHz
Adjust CPU Ratio (BIOS setting): Auto
GTX 650 Graphics Card
2 sticks of 4GB Super Talent DDR3 RAM
DRAM Voltage (BIOS setting): Auto
Current DRAM Frequency: 1600 MHz
MSI H81M-E33 Motherboard
450 Watt VP450 Antec Power Supply

What I Have Done So Far

Reinstalled the games
Reinstalled Windows
Used Windows's "Diagnose your computer's memory problems" and found nothing
Used Windows to check for hard drive errors and found nothing
Ran Memtest overnight (no errors)
Ran Furmark benchmark (did not crash)
Checked CPU and GPU temperatures (always below 60 degrees Celsius even during a crash)
Uninstalled and reinstalled graphics, chipset, audio, and wireless drivers
Upgraded the power supply (this pc came with a 350 watt Thermal Take power supply)
Ensured video card and RAM sticks are properly seated
Visually checked all fans are running in the case (one pushing in air, one pushing out)
Reset the BIOS by removing CMOS battery for a few minutes
Updated the BIOS using MSI's Live Update utility
Ensured the video card has the 6 pin power connected to it

I appreciate any help!

I've seen other threads with people with my problem, but trying their solutions hasn't helped me. I don't have an extra video card to use, but I do have two extra sticks of 2GB ram that I'll plug in even though Memtest didn't find a problem. Thanks!

Want to add that I recently installed Chrome and like Internet Explorer, it crashes too. But it says "He's Dead Jim," stating that it crashes due to a lack of memory, even though I'm only using 2 out of my 8GB. Is this a memory problem even though Memtest didn't find errors?

I'm no expert but I wonder if a 450W PSU is enough grunt for the hardware? An old machine of mine would fall over randomly and the fix it guy narrowed down the problem to a feeble PSU.

I found out that the problem was a bad stick of RAM. For some reason it passed Memtest but later on did not. sfc /scannow command detected corrupt system files which may have been caused when I reinstalled Windows using the bad stick. Now I'm running with no problems at all after getting rid of the bad stick and reinstalling Windows with a good stick.
