I assembled my new build last night and went to power it on for the first time and only got about 1/2 a second of power and then nothing. I went through all the troubleshooting procedures and got it to boot up to bios fine without the sata cables to HDD and SSD connected. As soon as I connect the sata cables to the HDD and SSD nothing..it only gives me the 1/2 second of power and then I have to unplug the PSU and wait a bit before trying again. It boots fine without the HDD's connected though. I also tried using a different HDD with the same results except when I put it back in it's original tower it no longer worked.
