I would also move the front panel USB headers and such so that they go through the rubber grommet that us right below the motherboard, and unless you have 2 more fans on top of your rad, move the fans that are attached to the radiator to the top. Move the GPU power connectors to go through the hold that is half covered by the GPU, and move the power connectors for the optical drives behind the case, and use the rubber grommet at the top, right next to your drives to snake the sire through.

I am trying to better my pc by asking some of the experts here. I know it is ugly. How can I make it better?

Looks good other than the wiring being a little messy, but wiring is a pain in the you-know-where so it's understandable. You can buy cable ties for a few bucks if you want to organize it a little. The case seems roomy so the wiring doesn't have to be too organized, just make sure it isn't touching any fans. Again, good job for a first build.

I second this. That is if it fits. A lot of case will only let you mount it one way but some allow both ways. if you can do both ways try flipping it. otherwise just try to router the though the back as much as you can.

I plugged in 2 X usb , hd audio, a fan and stuff there..
