Are these pc parts compatible? Please help!

intel core i3 4130
gtx 750 ti
8 gb crucial ballistix sport ram
Rosewill LINE-M Micro-ATX Mini Tower Computer Case
GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2V LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

So question is, are the parts compatible and can I make a pc build with them? I've asked on several forums and got no answers, so any answer would be really nice!

Yes they are all compatible. The chip is socket 1150 & so is the mobo, just make sure you get 2 ram sticks (either 2x 8gb or 2x 4gb) & the mobo supports your GPU also

Yes, the case & motherboard will bring the hardware you need, like SATA cables & mounting hardware. If you're planning on gaming I would really recommend a quad core CPU like an i5, I understand this is a budget build but for a few extra bucks you can squeeze a ton more performance! But if you can't that's ok, the rig will do just fine & I'd recommend the EVGA 750 TI (You can choose the one with a single fan or the one with 2- the one with 2 will give you more performance if you plan do overclock!) I've also found a video that can show you some benchmarks incase you're also having second doubts about the 750 Ti (in my opinion it's a great budget card and is very power efficient!)

I think the processor may bottleneck the GPU. IT is a Dual Core processor. It has HT ( Hyperthreading ) so it may be okay.

hmm... well I'm gonna mostly do minecraft at high settings, so that's not really a huge issue for me. I figure if I need to at a later date I can easily upgrade to an i5 2500k or something around that range.

And yeah, it has hyperthreading.

Quick question, what ram type should I buy? It'll have to be underclocked to 1333 mhz to work with the mobo, so speed isn't an issue if it fits in the slots

Any good deals on Newegg regarding 2x4 gb of ram?
