I was just browsing youtube and suddenly, my second monitor freaks out and then my primary monitor goes black and white repeatedly and then it says something about my AMD drivers stopped successfully? Right after, my computer shuts down. Using BlueScreenView, it says it was caused by the driver dxgkrnl.sys and the crash address is ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0. On event view, I get this

Also, yesterday I put my computer to sleep and then I went to sleep, when I woke up, my computer was shut down and when I turned it on, it took longer than usual to boot up, and everything loaded slow. Could this be faulty hardware?
