I have problems with my Cruzer micro 4 GB US3. I hear the de-donk sound and "My Computer" shows the thumb drive as "Drive J." I am unable to open anything on my cruzer thumb drive. Please help!

de-donk as in clicking? Maybe it's failing. Maybe it's the USB port on your computer. Try it on a different USB port, then on a different USB port on a different computer also.
