Is it possible to have so much aa that there is only straight smooth edges in games?

Depends on how you define "straight". You can max out AA all you want, but unless you're playing on crazy high resolutions, you'd see diminished results above 8xMSAA

It is impossible. AA covers up aliasing with an illusion that disguises it, but it never removes it. Monitors have a grid of pixels. If a line does not go horizontal or vertical, it will have jagged edges. Aliasing will try to blur the edges by blending the colors of the background and edge.
