USAFRet has it covered there, otherwise you'll end up with a mismash of components that may not be optimal - for the mobo would go Fatal1ty Z87 Killer with the 4670K, and add 8GB of 1600/9 or 1866/9 DRAM (would look at the GSkill Snipers for good price/performance
