Where to find PSU Cable Sleeving Kit?

I was wondering where I can find and buy some cable sleeving kit for my PSU? I would like to have red cables. Also, what tools do you use to remove the wire?

I looked at FrozenCPU, but the shipping price is crazy. I am paying $12 for a cable sleeving kit but shipping cost $10 the cheapest.

What kind of power supply do you have ? Corsair makes some individually sleeved kits for their psus, but other than that, its sites like frozencpu, icemodz, etc to get it done. It can get VERY expensive if you don't do your own.
