How to turn on Hardware-assisted Virtualization in ASUS BIOS

When I run Microsoft's havdetectiontool.exe I get the message "Hardware-assisted virtualization is not enabled on this computer". Processor is Intel i7-4770, 3.4 GHz. Motherboard is ASUS H87M-Pro with latest update (v.1308), with "Intel Virtualization Technology" Enabled, and "Execute Disabled Bit" Disabled. OS is Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit. I want to install XP Mode, but the message is advising me "Before you try to install Windows Virtual PC on a supported Windows 7 edition, enable hardware-assisted virtualization in BIOS". I believe I have enabled HAV in BIOS, so I am stumped as to what to do next. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could try next please?

Thanks. "Enabled" is the default setting so I have already tried it and it did not work. So neither enabled nor disabled works.

Intel Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d) is [disabled] by default in BIOS.
see page 3-28 of the downloadable manual

Thank you. I have enabled VT-d now but the havdetectiontool still reports the same message. With VT-d enabled I have also tried Casey's suggestion (enabling "Execute Disabled Bit") but that didn't work either. Thanks for your help guys. Any idea what I can try next?
