As long as it can be physically connected to the power supply, it should work. The "10 A 250V" is the maximum rating for the cable, 10 amps of current at 250 volts.
Most standard wall outlet to power supply cables have that marking and work without issue.

Casey
but the cable not fit well on psu,it can in but still loose,so i can go with this condition?
anyway in my psu back written100-240VAC
and one,i buy this cable separately not included when i buy psu
If the cable is loose, I'd take it back for a replacement. It may work like that, but may cause issues. Loose connections can cause arcing, which generates heat, which isn't good for the power supply connectors.
