Will I be able to run watch dogs and 'the division'?
At what settings?frame rate ?

you won't be able to run any of the mentioned games with your igpu. Your igpu doesn't qualify minimum system requirements for both the games. For more info check out:

apus aren't powerful enough to run demanding games at high resolution and smooth fps. a powerful gfx card like radeon r7 265 or r9 270/270x would be better than a new apu. and a psu upgrade if the current one is inadequate.

then a radeon hd 7770 1gb gddr5 or radeon r7 250x 1gb gddr5 gfx card. or gtx 750ti, if you have money. they're still psu dependent.

if you're talking 800x600 res., and if the game doesn't retain visual quality at that resolution, you'll end up wanting to upgrade either way. your radeon 8570D igpu might be able to run those games, but don't hold your breath over gfx quality, smoothness or resolution. you might still need another 4GB system ram.
