Hello my current rig is a i7-4770k, cooler master hyper 212 evo, gigabyte gtx770 (non oc version), 8gb ram, gigabyte z87x-d3h mobo, Win 7, 1tb hard drive, and a Rosewill challenger case. In Ultra settings I get around 50ish fps while playing titanfall, sometimes even lower when in heavy combat. I've see rigs lesser than mine (with ultra settings) that get 60+ frames and I am barely hugging 60. In games such as Skyrim (with hd textures maxed settigns) i get around 70ish. My drivers are all up to date, including my graphics card driver. Any ideas?

how do you see rigs lower than yours getting 60+, youtube? if so ignore it.
try dropping settings one by one, AA is most expensive and HBAO.
or try googling, you'll get someone that has done some research, rather than just 'this is what I did and it's great'.
