Okay so I was playing csgo and I changed my graphics aspect ratio to 4:3 to get blackbars to support native resoltuion 1024x768 and it worked fine however I did a restart and now my monitor will not turn on at all I cant see it whatsoever. But at first it got to the windows logo and then went black but now upon starting my pc it doesnt do anything my monitor wont power on to detect the signal. However if I turn the screen on manually it says no signal and turns back off again. Any solutions? Please help im sorry if this is typed like a mong im on my phone because I cant use my pc

I have even changed my graohics card from onboard intel hd 4600 to a seperate video card and still nothing, have I somehow broken my monitor or something? My computer works fine everything turns on and is completely normal and it worked perfectly 5 minutes ago until I restarted it. I obviously kept it in 4:3 ratio and its not picking up the signal how can I change this shit?

Do you have another computer to test the monitor on? (I don't think it's the problem, though.) You could try plugging a different monitor into your computer, too.

Try not to swear...

I dont have either options but I know that they both should be working completely fine they both indicate that they are working but the signal just isnt being picked up because im presuming the graphics output is still set at 4:3 whilst the monitor wants to support 1080p my best guess. I just have no idea how I can configure this without being able to see anything

Just a guess, some monitors have a button to switch between connected PC's. Did you maybe bump this? Otherwise, I have no ideas on how to fix it.

Are you 100% sure the connections between the monitor and PC are correct? Maybe unplug it and plug it back in? They may have been bumped, or maybe even the cable is bad (unlikely, since it worked just fine before).
