AMD FX 6300 vs i5 4670k?

Ok so I'm building my first computer and I'm really stuck...

I do know that the i5 would be probably be better for gaming, but I'm also going to be doing alot of video editing (Mainly sony vegas) and music production (Fl studio)

And these CPU's are the only ones I can afford atm, so which one would you reccomend for gaming editing and music? Which one would be best fitted? Thanks

Oh and If you want to know my build just let me know :)

Thanks for response, another question....

I'm think of getting a FX-8350 instead of 4670k since it seems more powerful, but is that a good option?
