Hi, before i start asking, i would like to let you know that im from Singapore, so pricing will be very different!

I want to build a computer for myself which i need it for gaming, school works and basic autocad. Im not a professional, just a student so my autocad is very basic and amatuer. However, i would like my system to be future proof as i might move onto medium range of autocad. Yet, i also would be able to do a bit of gaming on it. Like Battlefield4, titanfall.

I was thinking of i5 4670k with asrock extreme 4 mobo ( $519 SGD)
8GB corsair vengeance ram ($125 SGD )
1TB seagate barracuda ($75 SGD)
gigabyte r9 270x 4GB gpu ($359 SGD)
Seasonic m12ii 650 modular psu ($122 SGD)
cooler master hyper 212 evo ($60 SGD)
and win 7 home pro ($115 SGD)

Casing i would wanna stick to corsair c70 vengeance case. ($200 SGD)
Total cost: $1575 SGD.

SGD= Singapore Dollar.

I would want my budget around $1800 SGD and this has to include monitor, which i would put $250 for it. Hence my budget for the system would be $1600 sgd or $1281.23 USD ( via currency converter)

I know i should take i7 4770k, but it cant fit into my budget. Or should i order from US? But im not sure if the parts has international warranty and if various US shops would deliver to Singapore.

I know my gpu would have no problem handling the games out there at various settings. But im not sure about the autocad. I saw one post saying that i cant have 1 system for both autocad and gaming, but i believe those are pro autocad people. Does anyone have any other build for me? Please help.

Thank you!!

Of course autocad runs on this...
You could save some money if you go with a 500 watt non modualr psu (If you don't mind the unused cables)
Also, the i7 is overkill so you Shouldn't take the i7 just because it's better. If you want to however you could take an i7.
