I am going to build my first computer system and i need some advice from Experts, basically the computer would be use more for university purpose and little bit for gaming, and right now i am studying Building Design and we use programs such as Revit, Auto CAD and Photoshop, and later on i am moving to the Architecture program and they use programs such as Rhino, 3ds Max and Maya. my aim is to build a system that would last long and works smoothly (5 years)
Its been a while now i did my own research, and i would like the system look fancy and also perform great, i am not really sure if i want to overclock the computer but might give a try as there is a lot of tutorial video on the net.
My budget is 2000Au$ and this build 300$ out budget
Here my part list and wonder if it is compatible and also if extra cable is needed,

MoBo: MSI Z87-GD65
GPU: ASUS Geforce GTX780 Direct CU II OC 3GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H80i
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) (Note: Plan to go to 32GB later on)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 250GB SSD
HHD: Seagate 2TB Barracuda
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64bit (Note:to support more than 16GB RAM)
PSU: Corsair RM650 Watt
Extra : Arctic Silver 3.5gm Thermal Compound
2 SATA III Cable 180 Degree 30cm Red (to connect to SSD and HHD)Not sure
Monitor: Already have
Mouse: Already have
Keyboard: Already have
i would really appreciate your help as in less than 2 weeks im buying all the components to build it on the 2nd week of Easter break
