Lagging over time?

Hey everybody, recently been playing Mafia II, i can run it on High at 1920x1080 on my GT630 at about 45 but after 2 hours or so of gameplay my keyboard starts ghosting. It gets worse and worse and i have to restart my PC to stop it. I turned the graphics down to medium, but it only delays this. The only other game i know it does is GTA 4. Help? :(((

Try re-mounting your cpu heatsink with new thermal paste.

I haven't overclocked ever, And okay. But when it does cool down. I open the game once again and it lags out still. After playing my computer also freezes when selecting multiple files and folders to copy, move or delete. Help?

It definetly isn't a bottleneck, and I am not installing windows 8.1 as i don't have the money and Windows 7 serves me better. I have 16gb of ram. I think its a heat issue. But i don't know..
