The Corsair TX750W is a great option for your overclocking needs. As for the Gpu i prefer the MSI GTX 780 over EVGA though it's entirely up to you.The Asus Optical Drive is also a good choice.

You don't necessarily need i7-4770k for gaming, a 15-4750k is more than enough. This will trim down your budget. I suggest getting a water cooling kit with that money. As for the PSU unless you are not thinking of overclocking, a 600-700W Psu is enough. Antec's HCG 620M is a great option. For the optical drive i recommend the Samsung SH-224DB you can pick it up for $15. And i would go with the samsung 840 evo ssd if it was me.
