I am going to buy a gtx 750 ti. I wont be able to get anything higher as my pc will bottleneck it and psu isn't enough. I am planning on overclocking a bit when needed(will not raise voltage).
I am wondering if there is a difference between the companies like zotac, msi, etc.
The zotac is cheapest here @ Rs 11400. I want to know which one runs cooler since i will overclock it a bit.
What i am wondering is, since zotac one has only one fan and the other ones have 2 fans, will it be better to buy other brands, even if they cost more.
And the other versions are 'oc' versions which has clock speed raised about 4% higher than the zotac ones, but cost over Rs 1000 more.
The question is, should i buy the zotac 750 ti, or should i consider getting other brands even if they cost more?

One more question, will the 750 ti have any problem with my mobo?
it is asus p5g41t-mlx?
My hd 6670 ddr3 works fine

But from my research (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18231329)
Only Zotac company have FREE 3+2=5 years extended warranty=change a new one when the card is broken.
Besides 5 years later, that card can already be upgraded(can be throw away) .
Other company will only give 2~3 years of warranty.
I think Zotac card isn't that bad as u think .
I am using a Zotac GTX 750 ti no problem untill now...

Yes, there is a difference between companies. Zotac is one of the companies that, in my experience, fail the most after the 2-3 year period. Bad power design. If I have to recommend a brand for a 750 TI, go either Asus or EVGA SC.

If the Asus and EVGA are the same price - go with the EVGA. If the Asus is cheaper - go with it and OC manually.
And to be honest, I am an Asus fan, but for this 750 ti, I can't ignore the good job EVGA did.

P.S Your motherboard has PCIe x16 slot, but Asus does not say which version. I believe it is PCIe 1.1 which is (should) be compatible with all PCIe 2.0/3.0 cards
