Before I start...I CANNOT GET ANYTHING INTEL/NVIDIA

Is this a good PC? What is it actually worth because I might buy it off of a friend

CPU: AMD FX-4170 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 ATX AM3+
Memory: Corsair XMS 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7850 1GB
Case: Antec One ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Front Panel: USB 3.0
Optical Drive: CD/DVD Burner

I'll be playing things like Titanfall, Aion, Skyrim, Halo 2 Anniversary (Heard thats coming out for PC ^^), Outlast, and some others

Tell me some games this might choke up on please

I also know nothing of the motherboard like will I be able to upgrade things later on in the future easily?

Solution

It's not a bad deal, as the motherboard given is a really good one so you won;t need to replace it until it fails. If you have more money to spend, i would maybe upgrade the gpu and the cpu depending on your budget.
You could go for any FX eight core cpu as your motherboard will handle them.
But of course, getting second-hand parts has a risk. You don't know if the parts have been pushed to its limits. THeir condition before ...etc.
Ask your friend what temperature you get at idle and when the computer is at load.
It depend on the price? What is your budget? What resolution are you playing at(720p or 1080p)?
The HD 7850 is not a bad card for 1080. You could play modern games at med to high with 40-60FPS depending on the games. But the 1GB VRAM is kinda limiting.
