Best Graphics Card under $150

Hey guys, I am planning to build a new system. I have all the parts EXCEPT video card, case, and mobo.

Once I figure out the graphics card I will decide which motherboard is right for me. So, I need to know what is the best GPU I can get for $150 and under. If you think it is well worth the price, I will bump up my budget a little. Also, tell me what sort of features it offers (ex. dual-monitor, triple-monitor, high resolution...) I will do some research on it myself, so you don't need to copy the entire NVidia page for me :p You guys are the best to ask about this, thanks for any help and advice!

In my opinion, MSI makes the best coolers. Anyways, here are the features:

-"Military Class" Components.
-MSI's very good Twin Frozr IV cooling method.
-An application that lets you easily OC your GPU.
-"Predator", a tool that you can use to record your games.
-"MSI Afterburner", a good tool that let's you customize your clock speeds, and fan speed.
-Finally, Nvidia's GPU Boost 2.0

It's a bit over budget, but I agree. MSI makes among the best coolers and their cards reach the highest overclocks. It's a testament to their quality that from 15 reviews that card ended up with 5 stars.
