GTX 760, 770 or 770 OC ?

Solution
If you can afford it then you should go with a 770... when it comes to what model of the 770 you should pick you should really just search up reviews of the cards as some might have better cooling than others and some might run quieter (if that's a word).

I can't really comment a lot on price and give you suggestions because I'm really just familiar with the pricing here in Norway. But however I can tell you that most manufacturers have some sort of a warranty, how long this warranty lasts is another thing you must look up.

The performance difference is very minimal between all the different versions of the same GPU so just pick the one that fits your budget and satisfies all of your needs.

Also worth noting is that depending on what...

Also worth noting is that depending on what kind of monitor you have you might not need the highest end GPU... If you have a 60Hz 1080p monitor then you can get away with a GTX 760 or even a 270X without any noticable difference if you're willing to turn the settings just a tiny bit down depending on the game of course.

If you want to know here is how the different GPUs stack up against each other.
- R9 280X = GTX770 (slight edge overall to the 770, but the 280X is better in some games).
- R9 280
- R9 270X = GTX760 (these two will trade blows depending on the game)
