Driver Broken Reinstall

So. really weird problem here, every time i boot my computer up my graphics card will go up to 80 degrees Celcious for no apparent reason. the only way i have found to fix it is reinatalling the driver.... everytime, which is an annoyance and i have no idea how i would fix it :(
