i have xp and win 7 but when i try to log in with win 7 after few moments windows 7 gets restarted but xp works peaty good this is happening from when i had connected the Samsung 320GB hard disk
My system Currently having 3 hard drives
WD 160AABS
WD 20EZRX
SAMSUNG 322HJ
Is this due to third hard disk taking load

Normal 420W SMPS( Its A new One)
Local Cheap Cabinet
