I plan on getting a gigabayte GeForce GTX 770 and I do not know if my mother board Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 (2 PCI, 3 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394) will compatiable with gtx 770? Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 an old motherboard and the last bios update was in 2010 year, can gtx 770 have some problems with bios or something?

I can't think of any reason there would be an issue with that board and the GTX 770 card. PCIe is a backward compatible interface.
