Pc or XBOX 360 vs PS3

.As my previous thread i ask about pc spec but i found cheap brand new Xbox 360 slim for 299$ or 29900rs and PS3 slim for 326$ and pc for 340$.
PC specs
Intel pentium G2020(64.5$)
Gigabyte GV-N640D5-1GL GeForce GT 640 1GB 64-bit GDDR5 HDCP Ready LP Video(95$)
Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600 Bus(41$)
Asus H61M-K Motherboard(53$)
Dany 400watt PSU(9$)
Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel / Plastic compact ATX Mid Tower Case(78$)
My lcd is old Dell 177fp like model.My resolution is 1280x1024
Any way what is difference between orignal and S models of ps3 and xbox 360.which graphics will be better.

get a next gen console if in budget
an xbox/ps 3 now will hardlylast 2 years
already sony has started ps 4 exclusive titles

my advice try to aim for a next gen no matter what

wait gather some more money and buy a pc(the best option)

ps4 is $400 USD right? If you could save up $60 why not get that. There's not many games out yet but it is next gen unlike the last gen consoles (Yeah I worded that properly >_>) overall it will last you longer then that PC and obviously a 360/ps3.

I cant aim for the next hen-console otherwise it will take me 1 or 1.5years to get more money.
THX but i have two question more.

1Q.Will geforce gt 640 be able to play next gen games at 40fps+ at 1280x1024
2Q.i have two option which cpu will outperforms?Core i3 540 or pentium g2020

No offense should be taken from this. But 60 USD will take you 1.5 years? There is so many things you could do.
Btw the Xbox One is the same as the PS4 without the kinnect now.
