https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4FOBL1c3pA I wanna try this out but i'm not sure were is the ATX power the dude is referring to in my MS-7519 motherboard. But there is this thing i found out. when i put on my PSU main power cable on the motherboard like half way in, It'll power up my motherboard with blue lights and the regular red lights on my "power button" as long as i hold my main connector halfway in the motherboard but putting it in fully doesn't show any sign of power. Is it because my PSU's main power cable loose? or something about volts etc. Please fill me in with suggestions and knowledge me. Thank you and have a great day

When you say a different cable, you mean another PSU? I am certain that the main connector of my PSU sits well into the motherboard (metal pins rest into the metal holes of the connector of PSU) physically.

Sorry, I have a modular PSU. For a moment, I forgot non-modular power supplies existed!

If you have another PSU, try it out (assuming it is powerful enough).
