My Specs
-AMD FX 6300 Six core Processor 3.50 GHz
-8GB RAM
-Windows 7 64 bit
-AMD Radeon HD 5450 Graphics Card

I got this pc about six months ago all of my games were running great. Then I downloaded software to run a G-Mod server and Port forwarded.It was at this point my games became really jumpy. I have since deleted all server related files and un-port forwarded. I have tried all number of things but nothing has worked.It has become somewhat intermittent too, could you please help me.

You should use Revo Uninstaller Free edition:

Be sure to permit the most advanced deletion - I've used it several years with no ill effects.

Since it sounds like you might have residual problems from earlier installations, I suggest using CCleaner to remove them: use BOTH file and registry scan/delete functions for it.
