Suggest Me CPU cooler all possible and best ways coolling techniques

I m Using AMD FX 8350 Still dint overclock
so my stock cooler is really noisy :pfff:

i m planning to change

So tell me all possible best ways to add a good and absolutely quite CPU cooler

Any Other cooling techniques or Tips Are Welcome!

in the US the hyper 212 plus and hyper 212 evo is the same price on newegg or ncix at this very moment beleive it or not...the EVO as more of a direct contact and the fan on it is nicer, get the evo if the price difference is less then 6$ id say...

see, the EVO is in fact 10$ off so it's 10$ cheaper than the hyper 212 PLUS:

it also in stock while the PLUS is in back order...i'd order this from this exact website right now if possible OP while it last...you won't regret this choice, awesome cooler for 29$...really

this cooler comes with good quality cooler master thermal paste but i would order some...

The:
Cooler Master TX3. 18$
Cooler Master Hyper 212. 26$
Both cooler master fans should be pulling it's 2% better than pushing

If there's not enough room try Arctic Cooling Alpine series also be sure to use Arctic Silver paste

if your case fit the 212 (158mm tall) defenetly go with this one over the TX3 it has much more cooling potential and the 120mm fan that come with it is almost silent you won't hear it your psu fan is noisier than that and graphics card too...its an awesome cooler thats the one im using and i have super great temps...
