Having some issues with my VG278HE. While in 144hz mode i can play games and watch youtube fine, and operate the system as normal. However, as soon as I watch a bluray or use the amazon prime video player, the whole screen turns white/static and I am unable to do anything on that screen (My second screen is still fine - HDMI)
(144hz monitor is on DVI-D)

I'm uploading a youtube video as we speak which will explain it better :p

**EDIT Here's the video**

I had the same issue on my 144Hz asus. The only way I found to fix it is to drop the refresh down to 120hz.

Yeah that's the only way i've found of fixing it too. Just dropping to 120hz.
I'm curious, did you ever have stutter problems in games when you was at 144hz?

I had another issue which I THINK only developed since I bought this monitor, my games run fine in SP, but when i get into MP it will stutter every few seconds, sometimes really bad. Might be completely unrelated, JW.

Sounds like a software issue. If it works at 120hz, works with youtube and everything else, but not with that bluray software. It is possible bluray doesn't support 144hz, or it is the software you use to display. 144hz is not a TV refresh rate, so it is not entirely surprising.

Ah, well thanks :)  I'll stay on 120hz then, not a noticeable difference haha
