Hi, I've been having issues with the card mentioned in the title; it's running very hot. Almost 60 degrees celsius at idle and over 90 in games. When that happens display freezes and the game crashes.

Well I've already sent it back to the store where I've bought it from since it's on warranty. It's currently being tested.

I've a question to ask though; as I said it runs at almost 60 degrees at idle. There's more than 10 degrees difference when I use a single monitor v/s a dual setup. Right now I'm running on integrated graphics and I see no difference in CPU GT core temperature when I compare between a single and dual monitor setup. CPU GT cores are at 36-37 degrees at idle; it's a core i7 2600k.

Should it have been the case with the graphics card as well?

Well dual screen consumes a little more than single monitor, i mean run hotter but certainly not 60C. It is definitely a graphic card problem. Because if it have been the motherboard or the power supply than your whole system would get hot constantly.
