So, One of my folders named "Crypto" is infected and has a Tojen.Gen.2 virus... My Norton blocks it everyday but it is not being irradicated... Would it be safe to just delete the folder or do I especially need that folder?

Solution
Patient: Doctor, it hurts when I do this.
Doctor: Then don't do that!

USAFRet is right, if you keep downloading the same sorts of infected files, you will achieve the same results. Torrented files often come with extra stuff (mostly bad) installed.

Short of a clean install, you should remove the questionable applications fully, including the setup files. Then, use the stand alone scanner (AVG Rescue CD linked earlier) and clean your rig.

Hi. Download and run www.malwarebytes.org ( The FREE version ) and let us know if that helps.

If you've wiped the PC 4 times, and it still keeps happening....it's not the PC.
What are you downloading and running?

As you probably suspected uTorrent mainly - however I am 99% certain that I got this malware from when I tried downloading pokemon emerald from an emulator for pc :/

Well...don't do that.
A Trojan will not survive a wipe and reinstall.

It all well saying that, but it has happened multiple times now and I cant afford a full version of anti malware just yet - and not for a wile. So, a removal method would be better than just a wipe in case it happens again

There is probably no need to "afford a full version of anti malware just yet". The free ones are fine.

But if you keep downloading and running the same infected file, guess what.....you will be infected again.
Don't do that.

If what tools you have cannot eradicate whatever infections you have....wipe, reinstall, and move on.
