I have "picked parts" for a build, but am not sure if the parts will be compatible with each other, as I am a PC building "noob". My budget is around 500-600 USD and would like your thoughts on my build. If it's possible to lower the price with cheaper, but similar quality parts, that would be great. I will be using my HDTV as my monitor.

I would like to run to Skyrim on High with immersive mods like Frostfall, and Realistic Needs and Diseases, etc. Other games i would like to run are Fallout 3 and Fallout NV.

Further advice is greatly appreciated.

I'd say, get 2x4 gb ram instead of 1x8 so you will be able to use dual-channel and for storage I would go with
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-h... because it's cheaper and has twice the storage, it won't be as fast but you won't really notice it and it has 3 year instead of a 5 year warranty if I am right.

for OS, get windows 8.1, it uses less system resources, you need to get used to it though (takes about a week maximum).

looks good. I'd go with little bit better gpu if you can.those have a reputation for not handling games and having poor drivers. i personalty like the gtx 750ti or anything nvidia for that matter.
