So lately I have been unable to watch just about any video on youtube. I can listen to the audio just fine, but the video feed will freeze up for about 10 seconds at a time. I have tried different browsers, re-installing adobe flash player, and even re-installing my graphics card drivers. Nothing seems to help. If it helps troubleshooting at all I would like to mention that the video playback time will always drop back to a previous time when this happens; most commonly 0:00.0.
