Choosing 16GB 2133MHz RAM memory - Corsair vs Kingston

Hi.
I'm going to get a new PC and I can't really decide whether to buy:

Corsair Vengeance 16GB 2133MHz Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit - http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-16gb-dual-channel-d...
or
Kingston HyperX Predator - 16GB Kit (2x8GB) - DDR3 2133MHz CL11 DIMM - http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX21C11T2K2_16X.pdf

It's for gaming and I know that the FPS difference is going to be less than 1 FPS, so it pretty much comes down to quality, reliability and cooling (I'll get a custom liquid cooling loop and a silence-oriented case, so the air temperature inside is going to be high).
Could you please tell me which one is better?

In the paper, I will take the Corsair, because the timing is10-11-11-31, and test speed 2133 at test voltage 1.5V, and Kingston is Profile #1: D3-2133 CL11-12-11 @1.60V, that means Corsair will be more stable because it can run same at lower voltage, and lower heat too. If the price is almost same, I will get the Corsair.

Well, in my country the Corsair is 40% more expensive than the Kingston, but my budget is downright limitless, so I think I'll get Corsair. Thank you for fast and reasonable answer.
