need help pls dell optiplex 745 sff graphic card

Hi everybody i just bought a 2nd dell optiplex 745 SFF and I've been racking my brain out of control for this past week and half on which video card I would need to have just for a home media center computer with every day browsing and social media site with watching/downloading hd movies. I wont be gaming on this computer at all but I noticed on youtube and other computer forums,that they are you using geforce gt210 or the geforce gt610.Which one of the two are better for me, in saying that my specs for my dell optiplex 745 sff computer its got a 2.8 ghz core 2 duo cpu, 4gb ram and 250gb hdd with a 275w psu.... BUt both the cards I mentioned above have a 300w minimum power requirement,the people using these product have had no problems using these cards with there psu please any info would be greatly appreciated.

ok thanks coastie65 is the hd6450 better then the gt210 and gt610 also im windows 7 if thats makes any differents

i was looking at the gigabyte hd6450 and says its got a power requirement of 400w surly cant use this with my 275w psu
