Hello everyone, I have a question that I hope to get resolved. I just finished replacing my GPU/PSU. The GPU is great, temps fine etc but the PSU is the problem. When I turn it on it spins at 100% and it does not budge. It is extremely loud, almost like being inside of a plane which is a bummer cause I don't know the reason why.
I was thinking updating my BIOS? Some people said that helped but I have no idea.
My Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
Current BIOS version: 2.4
Running on WIN-7 64 bit OS.
