Hi! I've had this problem the last few weeks where about 10-20 minutes inside the game, my GPU usage drops to 0-10 rendering the game unplayable as my fps drops to 0-10 with it. I have had NO trouble in the past playing this game at all, but ever since I have came back to the game about 2 weeks ago this problem has happened every day except for one day.

I have monitored temps, they remain around 50-60C while under load, I have cleaned out any dust with compressed air. I have scanned my PC for virus's and Malware, I have also fixed my registry, and have tried various updated drivers and various older drivers after using driver sweeper.

I monitor my GPU usage with MSI Afterburner, and once it begins to drops, it gets worse until I have to reboot my game/pc in order to play again for 10 minutes before it begins to happen again. My CPU usage never seems to go higher than 40% and is generally really low for some reason, I'm not sure why as I figured MMO'S are CPU intensive games.

There is this malware called "SearchProtect" on my computer that I have gotten rid of except for this one folder that I can't seem to access due to denied privileges, I'm not sure if that may be causing it.

My system specs:

Intel i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
Nvidia GTS 250
Silverstone 800W PSU
6GB DDR3

I have attempted to troubleshoot this for over a week, someone please be my lord and savior!!!! <3

Hey,

Before I even reached to the bottom of your post I thought the reason sounded like a malware of some kind since your temps are all good and you have reinstalled the drivers.

You should definitely make every effort to get rid of all types of viruses/trojans and what not. I hope someone could suggest a good combo of apps that would help you with that. (last time I had an encounter with a virus was in a friend's PC in 1995.) I use AVG, don't visit dodgy sites and don't download piracy software and so far haven't had issues.
